Honey

“The food of the gods”

Honey

Blossom honey is produced by honeybees collecting nectar from flowers and other plant secretions. The composition of honey is complex and, thanks to the variety of floral sources, offers a broad spectrum of flavors. However, all types of honey have one thing in common: they consist primarily of sugar. Honey is harvested by extracting it from fully capped honeycombs.
In addition to our blossom honey, we offer a wide range of varietal honeys. Our high-quality honeys are especially suitable for use in dietary supplements as well as in the cosmetic industry.

Varietal honeys

In addition to the common varietal honeys you find on supermarket shelves, we offer a wide range of different honey types and qualities. Whether you need pharmaceutical-grade honey, baking honey, or industrial honey, feel free to contact us with your specific quality requirements. We are sure to have the perfect honey ready for you.

Honey

Manuka

Special and incomparable in its composition, the globally renowned Manuka honey is also available from us. The floral nectar of the South Sea myrtle (known as Manuka in the Maori language) from New Zealand gives the honey its unique methylglyoxal (MGO) content. We offer Manuka honey with MGO levels ranging from 30 to 1000, consistently maintaining high quality and, of course, accompanied by the appropriate certificates of quality and origin.

Honey powder

The powder, produced by spray drying and aromatic with a honey flavor, is specially designed for use in dry applications. Where liquid honey is unsuitable for the formulation, our honey powder excels with a homogeneous texture and excellent solubility.
