What exactly is beeswax?

Bienenwachs spielt in Beeswax plays an important role in many products and areas of application.

Bee wax is primarily used as a building material within the hive. Honeybees secrete the wax through specialized glands and use it to construct the honeycomb structure of their hive. Beeswax is mainly composed of fatty acid esters and is insoluble in water. Its applications are diverse but are mainly focused in the cosmetics industry as a base ingredient for creams and ointments, as well as in the food industry where it is used as a separating agent and coating material. We offer beeswax primarily in pellet form as well as raw beeswax.

They are ideally suited for industrial use in the production of cosmetics, beeswax wraps, or as a coating agent for food products.
